Do you ship out of province / internationally?
Yes we do! Inquire with info@uponmeimports.com. Prices are based on quantity ordered, product, freight charges, and customs mark-ups.
Do you sell retail?
No. At this time, Up On Me Imports is strictly wholesale.
I want to customize the products offered, is this possible?
It certainly is! While not all products are customizable, many bottle and cap sizes, shapes, and colors can be provided. For this reason, only pre-manufactured bottles are available in our online store for immediate purchase. Note, customizable products require additional expenses such as colour set up fees and mold fees. Check out our custom products section to learn more.
How long can I expect to wait for my product?
For items that we keep stocked onsite, expect shipping to occur within 24 hours. Items that require a longer lead time, the wait can occur anywhere from 7-28 business days depending on current events and manufacturing specificities. For specific concerns, give us a call to confirm precise times and expedited orders.
Do you offer pick-up?
Absolutely. Our address is available on our contact page. Please arrive during business hours or make arrangements in advance if this isn't possible. If items are being purchased online for local pick-up, choose this option at checkout.
Can I make a payment at pick-up?
Absolutely. If you're an established customer, payment made by cheque is acceptable. Otherwise, the cheque needs to be certified, through bank draft, EFT, or wire. We also have an debit machine, Elavon, as well as paypal.

What are the types of payment offered?
We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Elavon Secure Payment, American Express, Paypal, EFT, wire, money order, and certified cheque.
I'd like to purchase less than the minimum required, how can I do this?
If you are an existing customer of ours, let us know and we should be able to accommodate your request. Otherwise, we are unfortunately unable to provide less than the purchase minimum as we are not a retail store and cannot accommodate small requests unless otherwise specified in our store.
How can I verify that the products I have are accurate?
We been to the manufacturing facilities to ensure product quality and safety. Manufacturer product certifications (compostable, efficacy, etc,.) available upon request. Check out our About section for more.
